As i40 has now come to a close the results are in and our TF2 squad have managed a 2nd place finish at their first competitive lan since joining our organisation.

The team had a long day of matches to make their way into the Grand Final after losing to TCM in the upper bracket. They managed to rectify that defeat in the Lower Bracket Final by beating TCM 2-0 giving them the chance of a first placed finish.

After an easy group stage our squad went into the playoffs and ended up having to play TCM on gravelpit, we ended up losing the map 0-2.

The one map loss put us down into the lower bracket which meant we had to play twistedplay to progress and then we had to go on to play empathy over two maps to get into the consolation final where we would get a shot at getting into the Grand final.

Our TF2 squad played TLR in the quarter finals of the Ubercharge competition on Sunday. It was built up to be a very close game with TLR coming into the match as favourites for a lot of people due to some great results in the past few weeks, one being reaching the final of the ESH Sapphire Euro Challenge Cup vs. TCM last week.
 

After a summer of sun sand and se… our ETF2L summer league has come to a close.

For most clans during the summer break it was a chance to still play matches against the top clans and to try a few new maps out for competitive play. Most clans played with one or two subs throughout the summer and we were no different due to holidays and work we had a few weeks with different line-ups, luckily we also had our good friend from FakkelBrigade Exfane playing for us all summer in all leagues so a big thankyou to him.

We ended the season with a respectable 3rd place finish. Well done lads.

Over the past couple of weeks our Team Fortress 2 team has been interviewed by several sites.

The first interview was with Trell on GamerFM.co.uk with the one and only Greg ‘Slick’ Champagne, the founder and long term manager of our new TF2 team, and newly appointed Epsilon PR & Marketing manager.
