Robert Bowling has revealed there are no plans for dedicated servers or mod support in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Instead, matchmaking on the PC will entirely go through a system called IW.net. The good news is the PC version of the game is not delayed and will be released at the same time as the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions. The Infinity Ward Forums have a petition asking for dedicated server support and there`s a separate petition with over 25,000 signatures.
