Team Infused have been one of the organisations that are well known for supporting the Call of Duty 4 scene but due to a rather unsuccessful performance of their latest squad, they decided to release them and search for a better team.
The team only managed to secure themselvesa 25-32th place finish, which was mostly due to them being placed in the same group in the groupstages as eventual winners, Fnatic and second place finishers Reason Gaming. That however, wasn`t enough for the management and so the team finds themselves searching for a new organisation.
Here is what the management said on their website:
Our Call of Duty 4 team joined us in October of 2009 and have experienced minor changes over the course of their stay under the Team Infused banner, however today, Wednesday 10th March 2010, we must release them to enable infused to pursue a roster within the Call of Duty 4 European Top 10, where we believe we should rightfully reside. This decision was by no means an easy one, unfortunately we have to say goodbye to old friends. However when one door closes, another door swings open.
Infused.CoD4 was:
Chris "chenson" Henson
Robbie "robzje" Heaton
Darren "wannabe" Borrow
Lee "PukKa" Martin
Patrick "puNi" Stemmler
We wish them the best of luck.
