Online Kingdom disband

Online Kingdom disband
Date: 01/03/2010

Author: Epsilon.ikky

Today it has been announced that Online Kingdom, a Danish CS:S team, has disbanded after a rather unsuccessful DSRack LAN, where the team only placed 9/12th, which was far below their expectations.

In the lineup were several well known and established players such as ruggah and incre, but that didn`t help the team and due to the poor results and lack of motivation the team folded. This of course means that we will most likely see a new lineup rise and more changes in Danish teams, something not unusual for the Danish CS:S scene.

This is what ruggah had to say to xplayn.com:

After a very disappointing DSRack LAN, we have as a team agreed to go separate ways. People had already lost the motivation and desire before we went to the LAN. The folding will not really inconvenience any of us, because Thomas (inCre) and René (Cajun) have upcoming exams on their studies. We didn`t have a opportunity to attend any of the big European events because of planned vacations and other stuff. We have all agreed to go our separate ways with no angry feelings. We are all still friends and there is no hard feelings between any of us. I would like to thank the boys for a good time with both up and downs. But our home was really on the internet.

Online Kingdom`s lineup was:

Casper "ruggah" Due
René "cajun" Borg
Dennis "Rytter" Rytter
Thomas "inCre" Hector
Morten "frozt" Frost

We wish them the best of luck.
