After the succesful 35th instalment of the I-Series LANs, the Multiplay crew has yet already announced a new LAN, which however experiences a reduction in the prize money of over 50%.
Call of duty 5 seems to have grabbed quite a lot attention by Multiplay already as they have announced that the LAN will feature a big CoD5 lan tournament, whilst CoD4 will only experience a just for fun tournament, making it only able for the current champions to defend their title. The prize money has now also gone into a downwards spiral going from 6.000 to 2.500 BGP.
Call of duty is however not the only community suffering in the next instalment of the famous LANs, as CounterStrike has experienced a reduction in prize money as well, going from 12.000 to 5.000 BGP.
